A highly successful, rapidly growing software house based in the heart of Central London is searching for an Applications Support Analyst to join its technology team. The organisation requires you to be in the office 5 days per week with the flexibilityof reducing to 4 days per week following successful completion of the probationary period.

As the Application Support Analyst / IT Support Engineer, you will be providing customer focussed support for both software and hardware platforms including internal IT and infrastructure assistance. You will ensure end to end resolution of issues, provideanalysis of client site problems and be involved in software testing, client server health checks and client platform implementation.

In order to be suitable for this role you will be IT literate and have the ability to understand trouble-shooting methods, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to analyse and prioritise caseloads.
