We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in London. The Customer Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes. Job Overview

The Customer Support Specialist will play a key role in providing support to the sales team in the London office. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic and innovative company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer records, and managing correspondence.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues or inquiries.
  • Supporting the development of sales presentations and marketing materials.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential leads and sales opportunities.
  • Assisting with the organisation of sales events and customer meetings.
