We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a global engineering company whose innovative electronics can be found in industrial machinery, medical equipment, aircraft, electric vehicles and many more. The business unit we are recruiting for has over 6,500 employees, a significant presence in key markets across the globe and a broad product portfolio.
We are now looking for a Global HR Business Partner, reporting into Global VP of HR. The Senior HRBP will engage with leaders to drive major transformation projects involving complex change management and introducing new ways of working.

This is an Individual contributor role and primarily focusses on getting results by partnering with Regional and Country HR Partner and HR Innovation Centers and leveraging on organization eco system.

Provide HR Business Partner support to assigned business group covering Sales&Marketing, Customer Care, Strategy, Business Development to ensure business, company, and HR goals and objectives are met.
For assigned client departments, drive implementation of HR strategies, including organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, employee engagement & recognition, organizational effectiveness and change management.
Partner with the assigned business/functional managers to analyse and prioritize the critical business challenges faced by the organization and drive appropriate HR interventions.
Coach and develop managers and key talent in the organization, as well as provide overall leadership to strengthen the HR organization.
Define recruitment strategies, work in partnership with the Recruitment hubs and advise hiring managers on staffing decisions.
Coordinate effectively with the HR Solutions organization and HR COEs to effectively deliver the HR services required to drive the business imperatives of the BU and/or assigned Functions.
Translate the BU Talent Strategy Map into HR practices that support the development of people capability, culture and organization.
Accountable for effective planning and execution of the Performance Management process - support on-time delivery of the compensation cycle in line with the company’s pay for performance philosophy
Support the design of the annual Sales Incentive plan/program and the communication towards the employees.

Education, training and experience
Minimum 10+ years of professional working experience in HR environment
Expert knowledge and experience in Org design, Org effectiveness and Strategic Workforce Planning with proven track record of managing and leading global and transformational projects
Candidates with International experience working and living abroad especially living in EMEA and APAC countries would be an added advantage.
Proven success track in Human Resources in manufacturing organizations.
Proven experience driving integration process for Merger and Acquisition.
Organization Design, Change Management, Organizational Development and Talent Management experience.
English language must be at fluent level.
