Job Purpose

As a Senior HR Generalist, you will report to the HR Business Partner. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of our company's sites, providing advice and expertise to over 500 employees, communicating with colleagues at all levels. You will be accountable for supporting and advising key departments within the business, across a broad range of HR-related activities covering the employee lifecycle, including:

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing HR advice and guidance to employees and managers
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts
  • Coordinating recruitment and selection processes
  • Analyzing data and making informed recommendations
  • Supporting the HR Business Partner in the development of HR strategies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of general HR experience
  • CIPD Membership preferred
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to understand data trends and make informed recommendations
