Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner role include:

  • Provide HR functional expertise to the Business Unit, supporting the MD to make effective decisions that are compliant and protect the business.
  • Ensure online presence actively promotes their culture
  • Ensure the recruitment process facilitates hiring the right people
  • Develop and improve the onboarding process
  • Identify learning and development solutions
  • Inbound and outbound communications
  • Implement colleague engagement initiatives
  • Conduct regular salary benchmarking
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on policies and procedures.

We are keen to speak with experienced HR / People Advisors or Business Partners who are open to new opportunities. Our client would ideally like someone who has strong communication skills, is proactive and has strong generalist HR exposure alongside delivering value add and project led HR and People activities and initiatives.
