SUMMARY The Regional People Services Business Partner is a leadership role in Europe responsible for overseeing and directing the Human Resources functions across multiple countries, within the European region. - Provide strategic leadership and thought partnership to leaders, that align regional People Services initiatives with overall QTS goals.
- Develop and implement strategies that address regional workforce needs, including diversity, and cultural considerations.
- Collaborate with regional business leaders, People Services teams, and other stakeholders to ensure programming such as succession planning and performance management supports business objectives.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Partner with our People Services Operations team to develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored to the regional market.
- Ensure People Services policies and practices comply with local labor laws, regulations, and QTS standards.
- Lead initiatives related to organizational change, mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring within the region.
- Utilize available data analytics to assess workforce trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Guide regional training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, competencies, and retention.
- Navigate cultural differences and promote an inclusive workplace environment.
- Completion of a higher education degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Five or more years of experience working in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in leading HR functions across multiple countries in Europe, understanding regional nuances and compliance requirements.
- Experience and knowledge in handling complex employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with diverse labor laws across European countries.
- Successful history in talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies within a multinational context.
- Experience using data to make informed decisions and coach leadership
- Experience coaching and mentoring all levels of employees, including leadership
- Ability to navigate and manage cultural diversity, fostering an inclusive workplace environment.
- Proven ability to provide strategic leadership and align initiatives with overall business goals.
- Familiarity with aligning HR policies and practices with global standards while considering regional variations.
