The client is a global facilities management company that provides first-class facilities management services to leading consumers.
Job Description
The key responsibilities include:
- Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance activities such as inspections - Vendor Management to liaise with vendors and contractors as well as service providers - Space Management - Health and Safety + Compliance, - Hard and Soft services management -Courier - Admin and adhoc - email inbox - Budgeting - Fire safety - Customer service and stakeholder liaisonThe Successful Applicant
The successful candidate:
- must be well presented - CFAM understanding - Ability to motivate and manage staff - Hands on attitude to fixing problems and resolving maintenance, M+E, cleaning issues. - Ability to demonstrate innovation - Health and Safety experience - Must have corporate facilities experienceDesirable: basic skills in plumbing and lighting.
What's on Offer
A competitive annual salary of 37 K per year. 40 hour working week between 8 to 6.
