This fostering agency can accept someone that has a strong profile on a 4 days working week pattern. It is really good if you would like to increase your days off and work/life balance.

The social worker will be responsible with managing the fostering resources in an allocated area, recruiting, assessing, supervising, training and supporting foster carers in their placements. Your office will be based in Leicester and you will be working on a hybrid pattern.

you have 2-3 years of working knowledge as a Child Protection social worker

- it is desired that you have fostering experience as well
