About the Role:
- Supervise and support foster carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
- Manage a caseload in the East Midlands area, building lasting and positive relationships with foster carers and children.
- Develop and implement training programs for foster carers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Registration with Social Work England (SWE)
- Driver
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
- Experienced Child Protection social worker
