We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our dynamic Team within LSTM and support our mission-driven initiatives. Working closely with project managers, team members and stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of our projects.
The successful post holder will provide administration support to the Current Research Information System (CRIS) Project team throughout the initiation, implementation and closing phases of the project. The Project Administrator will also support the research ethics application process by providing administration support to the Research Governance, Ethics and Integrity (RGEI) team.
Project Governance: Supporting the Project Manager and project team with all project governance; Maintain project workplans for the project; Regular review and updating of project action logs; Support LSTM project team with preparation for workshops, testing and training.
Project Administration: Work with the CRIS Suppliers and Project team to schedule meetings and workshops; Provide logistical support to team members and visitors for both UK and overseas trips.
Financial Administration: To include raising purchase orders, processing consultant/supplier invoices and expense claims.
Co-ordinate set-up arrangement for new staff or PhD student’s requiring access to LSTM resources; Support the updating of the department research management database.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with project-based administration experience, you will have an exceptional aptitude of microsoft office packages. Experience of working within a project team
