- Building strong relationships with candidates and clients via written communications (emails and LinkedIn messages) and verbal communications (phone calls, video calls and face-to-face meetings)
- Talent generation and attracting candidates through posting job adverts, searching for CVs on job boards & our own internal database plus social media channels
- Screening candidates, arranging interviews and making job offers to successful candidates
- High levels of resilience to overcome challenging situations, setbacks and disappointments (such as candidates taking roles elsewhere, accepting counter-offers or clients changing the job brief)
- Self-motivated and driven to meet sales targets
- Able to come up with creative ideas and solutions-driven
- Excellent team-working and collaborating with colleagues on projects, sharing ideas
