Join a dynamic electrical engineering team as an experienced Project Manager. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating all on-street multi-site electrical activities, which will include electrical testing, inspecting & commissioning, condition reporting, and reactive electrical repair works.
Managing a small team of highway electricians and electrical contractors.
Monitoring productivity, performance, and skills.
Overseeing electrical orders and tracking performance against KPIs.
Managing on-street compliance of electrical operations.
Providing daily advice and support to highway electricians.
Understanding the electrical needs of various asset types.
Adjusting to accommodate ad-hoc project requirements.
Driven and accountable, with the ability to enhance operational performance.
Excellent at communication, both in person and via email and phone.
Proficient with MS Office .
2+ years of project management experience.
~ Preferably, experience with street lighting or electrical highway work.
~ Strong personal management skills.
~ 2391-52 Level 3 Award Electrical Inspection & Testing
~ Requirements for Electrical Installations (18th Edition)
~ A valid driving license.

8 hours a day, Monday to Friday (6:00 am to 2:30 pm).
