About the Job - Head of Asset Management

The Head of Asset Management position within Pinnacle Asset Acquisition & Management (PAAM) is a key role in the company's Homes business division. This role involves setting the strategic direction for asset management under various contracts and providing effective leadership in operational service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and own the strategic direction of the Asset Management phases of contracts.
  • Lead operational service delivery including void works, onboarding tenancies, and maintenance.
  • Ensure financial performance alignment with models and budgets.
  • Embed a strategic approach to asset management across the portfolio.
  • Oversee voids program and subcontractors effectively.
  • Manage the nominations process and service levels.
  • Build relationships with local authorities.
  • Lead governance, compliance, and risk management.
  • Utilize data for business decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of performance.
