Als Head of UK Sales (w/m/d) sind Sie Teil des Outdooractive UK Business Solutions Sales Teams und arbeiten remote in Großbritannien. Outdooractive ist Europas führende digitale Plattform für Outdoor-Tourismus und arbeitet mit tausenden von Destinationen und Millionen von Nutzern jeden Tag zusammen. Das Sales Team ist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden aus der Tourismus-, Outdoor- und Verlagsbranche. Der Schwerpunkt dieser Position liegt auf der Bereitstellung unserer Business-SaaS-Lösungen und digitalen Marketinglösungen für Kunden aus der britischen Tourismus- und Outdoor-Branche, um sie mit unserem globalen User-Publikum zu verbinden. Wir sind besonders an Bewerbern interessiert, die Erfahrung im Verkauf an oder in der Zusammenarbeit mit Destination Management/Marketing Organisationen oder ähnlichen Organisationen haben.

Ihr neuer Job bei Outdooractive
  • Identifizierung und Gewinnung neuer Kunden aus der Tourismusbranche, insbesondere von Reisezielen und Destinationsmarketingorganisationen.
  • Identifizierung und Gewinnung neuer Kunden aus der Outdoor-Branche, insbesondere von OEMs und Händlern von Ausrüstungsmarken.
  • Aufbau und Entwicklung guter Beziehungen zu Kunden und Partnern.
  • Identifizierung von Kundenanforderungen und Bereitstellung von Lösungen aus dem Outdooractive SaaS-Plattformprodukt und unserem Marketing-Produktportfolio.
  • Entwicklung und eigenständige Umsetzung neuer Vertriebsstrategien in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit dem UK Management und unserem weltweiten Vertriebsteam.
  • Erstellen von regelmäßigen Berichten und Prognosen über Leistung, Aktivitäten und Zielerreichung.
  • Sie leiten und verwalten unser bestehendes UK Customer Success Management.
  • Reisen zu Kunden in Großbritannien und zu Veranstaltungen; Auslandsreisen zum Hauptsitz in Deutschland für Schulungen und die zweimal jährlich stattfindende Unternehmenskonferenz.
Was Outdooractive von Ihnen erwartet
  • Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb/Geschäftsentwicklung und haben analytische Fähigkeiten und ein Auge für Details.
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf in der Reise- oder Tourismusbranche.
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Beziehungsnetze in der Outdoor-Branche oder in der Branche der Tourismusziele.
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf von Marketing- oder Werbedienstleistungen, oder
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf von digitalen SaaS-Plattformen an B2B-Kunden, oder
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf an die Outdoor-Industrie, insbesondere an Ausrüstungshersteller.
  • Sie haben eine Leidenschaft für Outdoor-Sport und innovative Technologien.
  • Sie sind flexibel, reisefreudig, kommunikativ, selbstbewusst und verstehen es, andere zu begeistern.
  • Sie verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Weitere Sprachen - insbesondere Deutsch - sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie sind eine zielstrebige Person, die sich für den Vertrieb begeistert und sich für die Erzielung von Ergebnissen einsetzt.
