As we expand our presence in the UK market, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Field Sales to lead our sales team to new heights.

Position Overview:

As the Head of Field Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization in the UK. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Business Managers, who will focus on selling our professional vegan haircare products to salon owners and professional stores across the country. Your primary objective will be to grow your team and establish our brand as a leading choice among top chains and independent salons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of Business Managers to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate key accounts and maximize market share.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top chains and professional stores, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure distribution and placement of our products.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to identify opportunities for product expansion and promotion.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Full P&L responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the beauty or FMCG industry, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth.
  • Extensive network of contacts within the UK beauty industry, particularly with top chains and professional stores.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing sales teams.
  • Passion for sustainability and cruelty-free products, with a genuine commitment to our company values.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed within the UK.
