BeFibre have an exciting oportunity available for a Head of Field Sales to lead our Sales team. You will joinon a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salaryplus great company benefits

Key tasks
- Develop and maintain an effective recruitment and retention strategy where the team are engaged and developed and field sales headcount targets are achieved
- Laser focus on the drivers of sales productivity in the field, ensuring the right inputs to deliver the right outputs
- Focus on delivering brilliant customer service and compliance in the field
- Ensure health and safety of team are paramount
- Effectively manage field sales fleet of cars to budget in conjunction with Fleet Manager
- Delivery of effective territory management and working closely with Snr GTM Manager to ensure that whilst resting territory from field activities other GTM levers are used to deliver sales and build awareness of BeFibre
- Work with Build and Wayleave team to open up customer-led non-serve opportunities
- Collaborate with Installations team to optimise sales to install journey
- Utilise data and reporting to determine opportunities to improve the performance of the team
- Create strong monthly plans with key drivers and milestones, highlighting opportunities and challenges to overcome
- Understand sales trends and generate weekly reporting to provide a trading performance update and plan
- Source, manage and maintain the relationship with outsourced sales teams to deliver against agreed sales targets and quality metrics
- Work alongside Sales Director to determine overall sales strategic approach and deliver on it
- Reporting to Board level and Director of Sales
Key requirements
- High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills
- An effective operator that gains the respect and trust of their team and colleagues with a strong influential and calm approach
- Experience of leading a field sales organisation
- Experience in Altnet / ISP environment
- Strong communication skills and comfortable presenting at c-suite and board level
- Effective PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Strong fit for our brand and organisational culture
- Generous salary - DOE
- Uncapped quarterly commission scheme
