Recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing field sales team to effectively promote and sell GoFibre’s services
Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly
Monitoring sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, Doors knocked, and Contact rates, to assess progress towards targets
Collaborating with marketing, product management, customer service, and other departments to align sales initiatives
Experience in a sales management role preferably within the services industry (e.g. Telco, Financial services, subscription services)
Excellent track record in leading and inspiring a large, remote team of sales people
Successful record in field sales and developing effective sales strategies
Ability to analyse and communicate customer and sales insight in a simple and clear way
