Sales Manager – New Furniture Store – Stirling

Salary : £37,000 OTE £44,400

Location : Stirling

We're on the lookout for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to join a new furniture store opening in Stirling. If you're passionate about retail, leadership, and delivering excellent customer experiences, this Sales Manager role could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As the Sales Manager , you'll lead and inspire a team of sales consultants, ensuring targets are met and the highest level of customer service is delivered. You'll also play a key role in maximising store performance, merchandising, and stock management, working closely with senior management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and inspire a team of sales consultants to achieve targets as the Sales Manager
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times
  • Maximise store sales performance and profitability
  • Assist with merchandising and stock management
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive store success
