About the Role
We are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our clients dynamic team on a 3-6 month contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the social and display advertising programs for a leading retailer, focusing on maximizing return on investment (ROI) and increasing brand awareness. You will leverage customer data to implement targeted campaigns that drive engagement and sales. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site in the Manchester office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Paid Social & Display Campaigns : Oversee and execute the social media and display advertising strategies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand positioning.
- Budget Management : Handle the budget for paid social and display channels, optimizing spend to ensure the best ROI and drive both financial performance and brand awareness.
- Retargeting Strategy : Utilize customer data to develop and implement a comprehensive retargeting program, aiming to re-engage existing customers and convert potential customers.
- Performance Analysis : Regularly analyise campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to enhance future campaigns and strategies.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to ensure a cohesive approach to all campaigns.
- Reporting : Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in managing paid social and display advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics, with a track record of driving successful campaigns.
- Experience in budget management and optimizing campaigns to achieve the best ROI.
- Proficient in using digital advertising platforms and tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other social media advertising platforms.
- Experience with customer data and audience targeting strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
