Telesales Manager

Role Overview: As a Telesales Manager, you will lead and manage a team of Tele-Sales Executives who engage with potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring the team is well-informed about our products, providing competitive quotes, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Team Management: Ensure team members have the necessary product knowledge and resources to maximize sales.
Training & Development: Train, develop, and coach telesales advisors to achieve their full potential. Conduct regular performance evaluations and set targets for individual team members.
Performance Tracking: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for the telesales team and track performance against targets. Implement effective monitoring and reporting systems.
Continuous Monitoring: Regularly monitor team performance and provide additional training as required.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and achievements in our CRM system.
Technology Upgrades: Collaborate with the IT department to upgrade telesales technology infrastructure and contribute to the development of future growth strategies.
Proven experience in telesales and telesales management.
Solid sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective telesales strategies.
Good computer skills.
Competitive base salary plus commission structure.
