This role sites within TTS (Educational Resources). TTS has proudly supported the education sector for almost 40 years. Every TTS resource provides unlimited learning opportunities and is made to last, making the most of schools' and nurseries' limited budgets and ensuring years of classroom u se. TTS is one of the largest suppliers of educational resources to international markets with significant revenue across multiple channels. We develop and source a comprehensive range of items that support educational attainment and create inspiring learning environments worldwide. We have been supplying schools and distributors globally for more than 40 years and offer over 50,000 resources of which 6,000 are own develope d IP Visit our website to find out more: o.uk/ Responsibi lities The International distributor division is a key strategic driver of growth, with ambition to double revenue in the next 5 years. This will be achieved through a blended model of B2B and B2G supporting our global dist ributors.The role is responsible for ensuring that growth expectations are achieved sequentially year on year.The successful candidate will form an integral part of the International Distributor team, responsible for taking the TTS Brand to market through our distribution network that we are consistently evolving.The role is responsible for the strategic account management of key customers across the European territory, as well as new business development internationally. We are looking for a highly motivated, determined individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment and is looking for a clear career progression in sales.Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will play a critical role in expanding distributor revenue and executing strategic, country-specific growth plans. You will drive go-to-market strategies, pilot initiatives, university partnerships, and training programmes, all based on in-depth market insight and commerci al goals. Experience You will be confident in strategically growing large partner accounts and pro-actively seeking new opportunities for growth within your designated territory. The ability to influence at all levels is integral, as you will hold meetings with a varied audience, including but not limited to Ministries of Education, CEOs, Universities, Product Developers, Procurement, Marketing, Finance. You will have control of your own revenue and margin targets and must be comfortable to propose and analyse commercials.We are looking for a self-starter, with strong business acumen, and the ability to be creative when seeking to identify and target new business opportunities. The person should have a passion for winning and an enthusiasm for delivering excepti onal results. Knowledge, Skills &a mp; Experience •Sales experience with a demonstrable track re cord of success•International experience - B2B & B2G•General understanding of intern ational trading•Proven results in delivering international gro wth strategies.•Understanding and experience of solutio n-based selling•Strong financial and commer cial experience•Outstanding interpersonal skills – able to influence a wide range o f stakeholders.•Excellent written and verbal commu nication skills•Superb organisational and workload ma nagement skills•Ability to work in a high-pressure sales environmen t against KPIs.•Comfortable reviewing and suggesting improvement s to processes.•Full ownership of a rea and targets•Highly organised with a strong bias to analytical d ecision making.•Proficient in M icrosoft Office•Understanding of international education mar ket – desirable Multi-lingual – Fluency in German, Polish and French is highly desirable, with demonstrated commercial experience and cultural fluency i n these markets. •A full UK driver's license a nd valid passport Wh at's in it for you?
