Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a Sales Director on a permanent basis on behalf of a key client who are a leading contractor in their core field and operate across a number of other markets.

Location – Worcestershire

Working arrangements – office / field / home based as required

Salary – £90k - £100k + car, percentage of confirmed orders (flex on package if needed – enquire for details)

This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing, young and dynamic organisation with autonomy and ample opportunity.

Requirements;

  • Dynamic and outgoing
  • Understanding of business requirements and operations
  • Demonstrated experience of leading sales / business development teams
  • Experience in an EPC / Construction environment (industrial, utilities, water, logistics delivery etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience of taking an idea from pitch to execution i.e. a new market, scheme, large client, product etc. generating in the region of £5m-£8m
  • Full UK Driver’s license
  • Full right to work in the UK
