Set amongst 3 acres of private gardens and only 2 miles from Oxford city centre Mercure OxfordHawkwell House Hotel is a beautiful country manor in the picturesque village of Iffley. A total of 77 rooms, all en suite, are divided between two buildings, each with an entirely different character.

It's a 10 minute bus ride, from the bus stop outside the hotel, to the city centre and train station, or a relaxing 35 minute walk along the riverside Thames Path National Trail, which is just steps away from the hotel.

As Food and Beverage Team Leader your primary focus will be to ensure that all aspects of F & B and Meeting and Events are provided agreed standard in a timely manner.

In this role, you will act as the greatest ambassador to our hotel, playing a fundamental part in the Food and Beverage and Meeting and Events experience of our guests. You will be well organised with the ability to work well under pressure, showing excellent response and reactive skills to fluctuating levels of operational demands. This role would be ideal for someone who enjoys being the focal point of guest interaction and truly enjoys delivering top class service to guests.
