Role Overview

At Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House, our goal is to craft unforgettable experiences for our guests, fostering connections from the moment they arrive until their departure.

As the Food and Beverage Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all aspects of Food & Beverage and Meetings and Events are delivered to the highest standards and in a timely manner.

In this position, you will serve as a key ambassador for our hotel, playing an essential role in shaping the Food and Beverage and Meetings and Events experiences for our guests. You will need to be well-organized and capable of thriving under pressure, demonstrating excellent responsiveness and adaptability to varying operational demands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of guest interactions and is passionate about providing exceptional service.
