Sales Director

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with retail/carrier retail operations, or retail marketing operations on a national or international scale.
Experience with people management as well as managing field teams.
Experience with Business Intelligence.
As a Head of Channel Sales and Activations, you will lead a team to drive the execution of Hardware product launches as well as Google's day-to-day retail stores, call centers and some B2B activities across major partners. In this role, you will also contribute to scaling Partner Operations for Google hardware through innovation, efficiency gains, and root cause analysis. You will analyze data across merchants, products, promotions, and other variables to optimize performance, as well as analyzing competitor activities.
Manage a team to provide operational support for partners who range Google hardware and drive operational excellence across in store furniture elements. Manage specific executional activities of day-to-day store and call center operations for Google in the UK and Ireland, providing a clear mapping of the activities in every region.
Support the successful implementation and ongoing management of customer programs product launches, and fixture strategy and operations.
Help build an outstanding portfolio that consistently meets exceptional standards through creating and managing processes, systems, and tools.
