Our HR team is based across two sites in Cambridge, UK and Krzeszowice in Poland. We're looking for someone who wants to help us with that mission, whilst learning and developing their own skills and future career.
The Apprentice Business Administrator will be based in Cambridge and will be focused on core administrative activities for the HR team as well as supporting the Facilities function for our Cambridge office. Supporting our recruitment process, from helping managers to prepare their job descriptions, to posting adverts, managing applications, scheduling interviewsand liaising with agencies
Onboarding new hires by gathering the required information from them,accurately updatingall applicable databases and welcoming them on their first day with us, with an induction to our business
Administration of the payroll spreadsheeton a monthly basis
Administration of employee benefits programmes, providing data to providers as needed and updating employees accordingly
Acting as a point of contact for our Facilities vendors
Minimum ofGCSE (or equivalent level) in Maths and English (Grade 4 or above)
Enthusiasm for HR as a career
Strong IT literacy, comfortable with basic Microsoft packages including Teams
Flexible approach, able to deal with multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
