The Talent Acquisition Apprentice will be supporting our Talent Acquisition and Early Careers Team in ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling and business operations. The position will help coordinate and organise several important logistics and processes in support of our Early Career and Experienced hire recruiters. The role will help manage and provide consultation on Internal hiring, ensuring that HR processes and procedures are followed.

Key Accountabilities
- Assist with on-campus events including career fairs, information sessions, technical talks, and other networking/relationship events
- Help staff events with internal volunteers and communicate logistics to them
- Reviewing applicants CV’s and scheduling screening/ telephone calls
- Regularly update and maintain job postings on Workday.
- Assist the Internship Program Manager to help deliver a great intern experience during their time at AVEVA
- Help manage the onboarding and offboarding of interns throughout the year
- Oversee various onboarding tasks for hires

Essential Capabilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong English language skills verbal and written.

Desirable Experience
- Interest in Human Resources/Recruiting as a career
- Familiarity with Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
