Apprenticeship Administrator Opportunity

Reed Business Support is partnering with an exceptional educational establishment in Cambridge to find a skilled Apprenticeship Administrator. This role involves supporting the business development team in achieving sales targets by performing various administrative tasks, including disseminating programme and funding information, arranging employer meetings and events, maintaining the CRM system, and providing first-line support for inquiries related to apprenticeships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the CRM system, ensuring new contacts and opportunities are added and tracked promptly.
  • Comply with Data Protection and other legal requirements, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship programmes and funding rules is desirable.
