All sales are inbound and the customer either wants or needs it, or not There are no heavy sales, the role is more about working with the customer to understand their need, managing the quoting/ordering process and championing the customer internally to ensure things run smoothly. You'll have full training and support to bring you up to speed to be an expert in the range of products and be able to demo them either at HQ or the customer's premises. You'll be expected to keep an eye on what's going on internally and input into engineering and project 'huddles' to make sure that delivery to the agreed timings is seamless.

It's a varied role that includes client relationship management, converting inbound enquiries, managing quotes, sales admin, overseeing the order process through production, involvement in production/project meetings, client demos, resolving issues, attending tradeshows and events - and more

If you have a technical background, have a high level of attention to detail, are highly skilled at managing client relationships, being the point of contact internally relating to projects and overseeing the delivery of a high-value/complex order - this could be for you

We're looking for someone who can manage and represent high-value customers, has high attention to detail, can have challenging conversations, can manage multiple projects, is clear-headed under pressure and has strong problem-solving skills. This role could suit someone with a project management, account management, sales or coordinator background.
