Client Support Services Manager

Join the Intertek SAI Global Business Assurance division as a Client Services Operations Manager. You will be directly responsible for managing the Client Services Teams in Derby and Milton Keynes. You will maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensure services meet the highest quality standards, and driving business growth through exceptional client service and a consistent approach to quality.
The Business Assurance group of Intertek SAI Global provides a full range of business process audit and support solutions, including accredited third-party management systems auditing and certification, second-party supplier auditing, sustainability data verification, process performance analysis, and IRCA-registered auditor training. BA helps clients by sharing best practices and new industry requirements and assessing their performance against their own objectives.
As a Client Services Operations Manager, you will have strong Team Leadership qualities, Financial Management, Data Insights and Client Relationship along with Service Delivery and Quality Assurance experience, and Market Intelligence skills.
Several years of experience in client service management or a related role within the Testing, Inspection Certification industry
Minimum 3 years’ management experience, with strong leadership and team management skills to lead a client service team effectively
Strong financial and operational management experience, understanding of financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for data-driven decision-making
Flexible approach to travel and working hours
Full UK Driving License
Own all financial processes and represent the client services team in daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting
Analyse key performance indicators and client satisfaction metrics
Use data insights to improve, optimize processes, and recommend service enhancements
Use market intelligence to inform service improvements and business development strategies
Manage client accounts, including contract negotiation, renewal, and amendments, supported by Sales where necessary
Oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring that they meet or exceed internal standards and client expectations.
Monitor the quality of implementation of processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and accuracy
Where required this role may involve the need to travel across the UK, require often visits to both Milton Keynes and Derby site locations.
