Head of Client Services

Olra Rose Associates is partnering is a boutique wealth management firm specializing in personalized financial services for private clients. With a commitment to integrity, expertise, and client-centered solutions, we offer bespoke wealth management strategies tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual client.

Position Overview: As the Head of Client Services you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our private clients. You will lead a team dedicated to providing personalized attention, proactive communication, and comprehensive support to maintain strong client relationships and drive client satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their financial needs.
  • Understand clients' financial objectives, risk tolerance, and preferences to tailor wealth management solutions accordingly.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates, insights, and recommendations on their portfolios and financial plans.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and mentor a team of client service representatives, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Provide ongoing training, guidance, and feedback to enhance team performance and capabilities.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Client Onboarding and Retention:

  • Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients and effectively managing their expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention, including regular reviews, personalized communications, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.

Operational Excellence:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including investment advisors, portfolio managers, and compliance, to deliver seamless client service.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve client service processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in wealth management, private clients, with a focus on client services and relationship management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and developing teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth clients.
  • Deep understanding of private clients, investment strategies, and wealth management principles.
