Respond promptly and courteously to player enquiries via email, chat, and in-game support tickets.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of game mechanics, features, and troubleshooting procedures.
Previous experience providing customer support within online gaming environments.
A deep understanding of MMO/MMORPG mechanics and player communities.
Work with best-in-class design enthusiasts, pixel art aficionados, nostalgic gamers, world builders, anti-conformists, vaporwave fanatics, video game historians, lore masters, speed runners, easter egg hunters, modders, code wizards, database gurus, and hackers.
