Functional Skills of a Workday Financials Manager:
Understanding of key business drivers for Finance transformation (e.g., Media, Retail, Banking, Government).
Proven experience with multiple Workday Finance ERP implementations from presales to post-go-live as a Solution Architect.
In-depth knowledge of Workday Finance processes across Finance and Procurement.
Experience in designing and delivering processes like Invoice to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, within Workday Finance.
Broad understanding of Workday product sets including HR and Payroll.
Familiarity with the architecture of Workday Finance programs and cloud implementation challenges.
Strong planning and estimation skills for Workday Finance programs.
Understanding of user experience design and its influence on solutions.

Experience creating project deliverables (e.g., Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Strong interpersonal, team-building, and motivational capabilities.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and make informed decisions quickly.
