Contracts Manager, Hamilton, Salary £55,000 to £65,000 per annum + Annual Bonus, Company Car & Pension Aspirare are offering an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to work with our client, a leading construction business specialising in civil engineering contracts across Scotland. Due to continued expansion and contract wins, a Contracts Manager is required to manage multiple projects simultaneously for the business, driving successful project delivery and client relations. Key responsibilities of the role:
- Managing multiple contracts to ensure contract delivery to expected timescales and standards.
- Developing and build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Project planning including scheduling resource and materials.
- Manage project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and implementing effective solutions to ensure project success.
- Lead and guide projects, motivating the team to achieve deliver results and meet timescales.
- A strong background working within the construction and civils industry managing road planing and surfacing projects.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of road construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
