Job Description Title: Service Coordinator
Location: Hybrid UK, commutable to London or South Manchester 2-3 times per week

This is an ideal role for someone looking to carve out a career within IT Service Management.
Support Service Managers with the delivery of IT Service Management processes aligned with ITIL framework
Support the senior Service Managers with administrative changes relating to services delivered
Implement and optimize ITSM tools like ServiceNow to elevate problem management processes.
Support service onboarding/offboarding procedures, integrating with IT Product Catalogue.
Produce comprehensive reports leveraging data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Person Specification: To excel in this role, you should have:
Have excellent customer facing skills and an understanding of ITIL Framework.
Some experience in service management and industry-standard service management tools.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage expectations effectively.
