Silver Softworks, a leading Salesforce Implementation Partner, is seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking sales leader to take the reins of an already successful sales team and scale the company’s revenue in line with its ambitious growth plans.

In this newly created role reporting directly to the CEO, you will be collaborating with the senior leadership team to plan and execute the overall sales strategy for the organisation, as well as line managing and mentoring the sales team to ensure their continued success.

We are seeking someone with strong leadership and strategy skills, excellent people management skills, and the knack for transforming a growing sales team into a scalable source of predictable revenue to fuel our future growth.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in a similar role, an entrepreneurial mindset, and is ready for a challenging yet rewarding position in our growing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to set and deliver the company’s short and long-term commercial strategy.
  • Lead and mentor current and future members of the sales team, ensuring that they consistently meet or exceed their targets as well as day-to-day team management.
  • Research and identify opportunities for us to move into new markets, industries, and products.
  • Analyse and improve our existing strategies for lead acquisition, winning contracts, and upselling new offerings to our existing customer base.
  • Work in collaboration with our marketing team to plan and execute revenue-generating marketing campaigns.
  • Increase our sales pipeline in collaboration with our sales team in order to create a more predictable stream of revenue.
  • Increase the contract win rate of our sales team by supporting directly on deal negotiation.
  • Support the sales team in securing signed contracts with prospects and customers.
  • Ensure that all sales data is up to date in our Salesforce CRM system for reporting purposes.
  • Prioritise and put focus on our relationship with our key partners at Salesforce, and grow the amount of revenue that we are closing with them.
  • Create a pipeline of future sales talent on the team, introducing junior sales members and growing them into successful account executives.
  • Closely monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to the senior leadership team.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements

Demonstrable experience of managing and growing a sales team in a professional services/consulting environment (experience within the Salesforce ecosystem is highly desirable, but not absolutely essential).

The ability to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the organisation’s growth goals.

Strong business acumen with a track record of implementing successful sales strategies.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.

A track record of success in sales, with a deep understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and revenue generation.

A strong entrepreneurial spirit, with the capacity to approach challenges with creativity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.

Working knowledge of either Salesforce (highly preferred) or a similar CRM system to manage sales targets, pipeline, and monitor KPIs.

Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets with a data-driven approach to measure success.
