Head of Branded Sales

Head of Sales - International - required for a Large beauty brand.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies across all channels to meet revenue targets and drive market share growth.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to reach both individual and team objectives.
Leverage customer data analysis to enhance upselling, cross-selling, and personalized offer strategies.
Plan and execute seasonal promotions and new product development (NPD) plans in collaboration with all commercial entities, including creating effective sales and promotional materials with the marketing team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers.
Proven experience in a senior sales role within the beauty industry, particularly in skincare, cosmetics, and tanning products.
Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of inspiring and motivating a sales team.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
