GP Partnership Opportunity

Due to recent retirements, there is an exciting opportunity for a GP Partner to join a thriving, growing, innovative and community-orientated Partnership in the heart of Solihull, West Midlands. We are the largest PCN in Solihull, with a growing list size of over 57,000 patients and over 200 employees and enjoy excellent relationships with our community partners in our locality, helping to shape local services to our neighbourhood.
We have a high QoF achievement with a CQC rating of ‘good’ in 2022 and have undergone significant transformation since merger in 2019 to form a strong and ambitious organisation poised to embrace Modern General Practice. We utilise and embrace the benefits of digital technology in addressing access but also in helping to reduce GP workload with workflow management. The clinical team comprises of Nurses, Phlebotomists, Physician Associates, Social Prescribers and a Medicines Management Team, with regular Protected Learning Time events in additional to a full social calendar.
We are training and research active practice in addition to hosting medical students, Foundation Doctors and GP Trainees.
