**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Clarity AI in the UK. The Sales Director will be responsible for leading our sales team, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve key objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients.
- Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and drive the development of innovative sales initiatives.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of financial services, ESG, and impact investing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
