Our client has an exciting opportunity for a **Sales Director** to join the team.

Location: London - hybrid working

**Salary**: £90-120K + competitive package

Job Type/Hours: Full Time

**About The Company**:
Our client is a leading developer and provider of HCM software, providing a range of services and support from accounting and payroll through to the implementation and integration of their products. They have over 50 years of experience within their fieldand have a fantastic reputation in the market and with their clients.

The business currently sits at a £10M turnover and they have ambitious plans to double the size of the business within the next 3 years. As such they are looking to bring on board a Sales Director in a new role for the business who can spot new areas foropportunities and drive the future growth of the business.

**Sales Director** - The Role:
The role will play a key part in their next phase of growth, responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy to deliver success. It will identify new avenues for growth whilst driving the performance of a small sales team. The role will bea part of their senior management team, providing input into wider business opportunities and additional opportunities for growth.

**Sales Director** - Key Responsibilities:

- Work with the MD to define the sales strategy for the business and implement sales best practice
- Implement, develop and monitor KPIs on a monthly basis for the sales team
- Monitor, analyse and keep abreast of any competitor and industry activity making sure the business is at the forefront of any changes
- Act as an ambassador for the business, developing relationship with potential key 3rd party partners and ensuring that customers receive a high quality service

**Sales Director** - You:

- Min. 10 years experience in senior sales roles within the SaaS space, ideally at Sales Director or equivalent
- Track record of leading sales teams for a fast growth organisation, with strong people management skills
- Ability to analyse data and provide accurate forecasts, providing reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders
