We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a consultancy lead sales role, where you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with key clients in the defence and aerospace sectors. The successful candidate will come with a strong Defence network of contacts (Tiers 1-3).
Lead the sales efforts in defence and aerospace sectors, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales performance.
Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets.
Proven experience in business development and sales, ideally within the defence or aerospace industries.
A proactive and driven approach to identifying new business opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, business, or related discipline) is a plus.
