Potato stresses a progressive, lean and agile delivery culture, so the Group Product Delivery Director will be the exemplar and leader for all the studios for the concepts of self-determining, multi-disciplined product and service teams working in a highly iterative and collaborative manner with clients and partners, and keeping us at the forefront of progressive working practices.

Our Group Product Delivery Director will naturally take a keen interest in anything and everything related to project, team and organisational well-being, and satisfaction in both our Potato teams and our client stakeholders. Experience and empathy for those teams and stakeholders within a fast-paced, demanding and highly changeable design and development environment is vital.

Some of the must-have ● Demonstrable experience leading a studio/agency from a product development and delivery perspective (accountability for a portfolio of agencies/studios an advantage)● Strong presentation and communication skills.● Demonstrable personal coaching skills (Agile Coach and Organisational Coach experience) and proven abilities to embed the coaching stance into teams and the wider organisation.● A deep understanding of the digital product design and development industry.● Strong understanding in, experience of, and advocate of Lean Startup and Agile foundational frameworks for iterative product development.● A strong understanding of the technical/digital landscape, excellent technical knowledge and a thorough understanding of trends in design and technology.● A high degree of entrepreneurial spirit and be capable of thinking on your feet and being flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and change.● Strong desire to share accountability and work as a peer in a collective leadership team structure.● Proven ability to build credible, trusting, sustainable relationships at a senior level within organisations.● Excellent commercial, entrepreneurial, and strategic understanding and skills.● Passion for excellence and attention to detail, self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic and driven with the ability to motivate others.● Comfort interfacing between teams (including engineers, designers, strategists, coaches, project managers and client stakeholders).● Calm and effective problem solving in a fast-paced environment.● Self-motivation and ability to motivate others.

Potato designs, develops and launches purposeful and effective digital products by rapidly validating ideas using lean experiences, prototypes and iteration.
