**Technical Product Director**

**£150,000-190,000**

I'm looking for a Technical Product Director for UK tech business that is revolutionising how the UK feeds itself using AI and ML; they need someone who can bring best in class tech and technical product development strategies to build and develop theirgrowing product ecosystem.

The Technical Product Director will drive technical product excellence between the product and technology teams. Overseeing implementation of new technologies for the organization, ensuring it is being realistically used to its full potential for a scalingmulti-site business.

You'll have the chance to make your mark on this growing business as it scales the UK and beyond. Improving processes, structures and relationships with the technical teams, product teams, C suite and other stakeholders. A truly varied product set you'llget to work across customer facing ecommerce websites, customer mobile and colleague apps, warehousing tools, logistics platforms and all internal backend technology.

The Product Manager will enjoy:

- Manage product team with a focus on delivery in a highly technical environment
- Set a clear product vision and strategy
- Work closely with the leadership team to shape future product strategy
- Lead and support the engineering teams to produce world-class solutions

The Product Manager should have:

- Previous experience as a product leader working on complex technical, data driven products set
- Ability to think strategically, but also be obsessive about detail
- Comfortable with the use of data to understand and solve problems
- Be customer obsessive by hunting down the root cause of any user's frustration

Package includes £150-190k salary, generous shares in a successful organisation, great pension, private healthcare and the autonomy to work however you want.

They have offices across the UK, a growing team of 900 at unicorn funding stage with their founding CEO still leading the organization. The Technical Product Director will drive the business forward with energy, pace, efficiency and sustainability.
