Job Description

Cure Talent is delighted to partner with a market leading Medical Device company who specialise in emergency medical products. Due to their ongoing growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join their team in North Yorkshire.

The successful Operations Manager will oversee, optimise, and enhance the daily operations of their manufacturing site. They will lead and motivate staff through effective management of direct reports, streamline processes, manage budgets and resources, and liaise with external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Key responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain operational strategies.
  • Lead and motivate staff through direct reports.
  • Oversee and enhance production methods to ensure optimum output.
  • Manage budgets.
  • Maintain quality in line with relevant standards.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Successfully managed and enhanced operations in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Microsoft proficient.
  • Project management/management qualification (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of the Medical industry (advantageous)
