  • Operations Management

  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all site facilities and equipment are properly maintained and serviced to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a maintenance or operations role, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Skills
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, contractors, and other stakeholders.
    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance management software.
