**Job Summary**

Zenith People is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team. As a Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Quality Control:** Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard, meeting the required quality specifications and standards.
  • **Site Management:** Direct and supervise the day-to-day operations of direct labor and subcontractors, ensuring the application of common operational procedures.
  • **Material Management:** Ensure that material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the construction program.
  • **Plant and Equipment Management:** Schedule, control, and monitor all plant and equipment on a weekly basis.
  • **Project Management:** Ensure that all work is completed to the project program.
  • **Temporary Works Coordination:** Fulfill the role of Temporary Works Coordinator when required.
  • **Communication:** Liaise with Contracts Manager/Project Manager, Site Manager/Agent, and Contract Surveyor regarding cost control, waste management, variations, and confirmation of instructions.
  • **Health, Safety, and Welfare:** Carry out safety inspections and fulfill the health, safety, and welfare responsibilities as detailed in company policies and in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
  • **Quality and Environmental Control:** Maintain quality and environmental control procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
  • **Stakeholder Management:** Create and maintain good relations with clients, design teams, and neighbors as well as any other stakeholders.
  • **Record Keeping:** Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of own activity related to projects on Gateway to enable traceability.
  • **Mentorship:** Fulfill the role of Mentor as and when required.
  • **Waste Management:** Control and monitor site waste in accordance with the company's Site Waste Minimization and Management policy.
  • **Client Relations:** Maintain positive relations with clients, design teams, and neighbors.
  • **Professional Development:** Fulfill company CPD requirements undertaking all relevant training and development activities as required.
  • **Innovation:** Continually develop knowledge of innovative construction techniques and products to enhance the business and fulfill company CPD requirements.

Requirements:

  • **Gas Qualification:** Gas qualified essential.
  • **SSSTS:** Must have valid SSSTS.
  • **Renewable Experience:** Experience with renewables ASHP (Preferred but not essential).
  • **Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:** Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • **Decision-Making Ability:** Ability to make informed decisions.
  • **Communication Skills:** Good listening skills and strong verbal communication.
  • **Time Management:** Strong time management skills.
  • **Mechanical and Technical Skills:** Mechanical and technical skills.
  • **Troubleshooting:** Excellent trouble-shooting ability.
  • **Customer Focus:** Take pride in your work and go the extra mile for the customer.
