About The Role

Delivering Excellence in Operations

M Group Services is recruiting for a Front Line Manager to work on our Yorkshire Water contract in North Yorkshire.

As a Front Line Manager, you will be part of our Repair and Maintenance Contract team, responsible for delivering high-quality services to the clean water network.

You will be required to monitor and supervise the team's safety and performance, working closely with highway inspectors, traffic management, supervisors, and client teams.

You will undertake onsite audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, manage plant and equipment, and communicate performance and safety information to the team.

You will also provide reports to the project manager as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and supervise team safety and performance
  • Work closely with highway inspectors, traffic management, supervisors, and client teams
  • Undertake onsite audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Manage plant and equipment
  • Communicate performance and safety information to the team
  • Provide reports to the project manager as required

Requirements:

  • Understanding of cost/value commercials
  • Current driving license
  • Knowledge and experience of the Utilities industry
  • Qualified Supervisor in NRSWA
  • Comprehensive IT abilities, including MS Suite
  • Water Quality accreditation
