Marketing Manager, Global Sectors
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing and communications strategy across our global sectors. As the go-to person for global sector marketing-related activities, you will lead efforts to create and implement sector marketing plans, develop a robust content strategy, support digital and social media initiatives, and produce content to include market reports, articles and thought leadership. Additionally, you will play a significant role in managing, executing, implementing and reporting on sector marketing campaigns tailored to our global sectors.
As Marketing Manager for our Gleeds Global Sectors, you will:
Develop, own, and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to our global sectors, aligning with overall corporate objectives.
Work with our sector leads to create and implement sector marketing campaigns to build profile and drive growth.
Serve as a point of contact for all marketing activities within our global sectors, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including global sector leadership, digital marketing, internal and external comms and design to understand business needs and deliver effective marketing and communications activity.
Create and coordinate communication plans to enhance each sector's visibility and promote a positive brand image.
Play a leading role in the development and implementation of content strategy efforts for the global sectors, ensuring the production of high-quality, relevant, and engaging materials for a variety of platforms.
Support social media initiatives, including content creation, and work with the digital team on scheduling and performance analysis, to increase online presence and engagement.
Manage the development and distribution of both on and offline marketing collateral, ensuring materials are up-to-date, brand-compliant, and readily available for sector teams. This will include thought leadership, market reports, press releases, presentations, awards submissions, web content and others.
Work alongside the external communications team to ensure relevant media coverage and a targeted flow of regional related wins to support the marketing strategy.
Support corporate events and conferences for the global sectors, setting objectives and measuring ROI.
With support from the digital team, track and analyse marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new marketing opportunities and potential areas of growth.
As Marketing Manager for our Global Sectors, you will need the following:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
Minimum of 4-5 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in strategy development, campaign creation and execution.
Strong knowledge of the construction industry and its unique marketing challenges and opportunities.
Proficient in using various marketing software and tools.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
