We have a great opportunity for a Construction Manager to join our HTMC based out of Luton. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of a Park and Ride project as well as a Play Area project. The Construction Manager plays a key role in ensuring that best use of all resources is available to provide maximum return to the Business. The Construction Manager is expected to act in a responsible and professional manner at all times maintaining good working relations with site, the Client, our chain of sub-contractors, suppliers and designers and with the general public About you NVQ 4 or equivalent CSCS - Supervisor Site Management Safety Training Scheme - CITB or equal equivalentIf your past experience doesn't match perfectly with every requirement of the job description, we still encourage you to apply.
