Hours: 40 hours, Monday to Friday. 08:00am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities

  • Raising PO’s, invoicing and receipting (training will be provided).
  • Ensuring all customer documentation is completed on time in readiness for forward processing and reporting.
  • Produce accurate and timely weekly/fortnightly and month end reporting (training will be provided).
  • Analysis of costs and provision of KPI data, (and if improvements can be made).
  • To assist the commercial team with new contracts, ensuring correct approvals are in place and roll-out ensuring correct process is followed.
  • Regular review meetings with line manager to provide situation reports on a regular basis.
  • Attendance at customer reviews either in-person or via MS Teams (where required)
  • Regular communication with wider company colleagues to ensure correct data information is provided and that benchmark reporting is available as and when requested.
  • Management of software required for maintenance scheduling (i.e, Purgo).

Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience of working within a transport department would be desirable.

Competent with accurately processing detailed information.

Experience of handling data and developing report procedures is essential.

Experience of software routing packages is desirable.
